7 = 6 : book seven nights and pay only six nights. Between 22.10. and 18.12.2021 and between 19.03. bis 09.04.2022 you receive one free night if you book at least seven nights. You have to pay only the resort tax of € 3.50 per person and night. The cheapest night is for free.

• Cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival and get money back or rebook free of charge
• Cancellations made 13 days and fewer before the arrival date will be charged at 70% of the total price!
• Cancellations made 7 days and fewer before the arrival date will be charged at 90% of the total price!
• No-shows and early departures will be charged at 90% of the total price.
• A 30% deposit of the total price has to be paid within 7 days after the booking has been made.

Further regulations for the winter season 2021/22: Free cancellation, if one of the following reasons applies:

• if you have tested positive for Covid-19 (Presentation of the PCR test result is necessary!)
• if your government has an unconditional quarantine obligation for travelers returning home.
• our hotel is not allowed to accommodate guests
• in the event of a general lockdown (also for vaccinated and recovered people) in Austria or our region!

Cancellation insurance
We shall be pleased to offer you a cancellation insurance through our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance).
